アプリ プライバシーポリシー

株式会社GigaBubble（以下「当社」）は、当社がApp Store及びGoogle Playで提供するスマートフォンアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 事業者情報

2. 取得する情報と取得方法

(1) 写真・動画
本アプリの機能でカメラ又は写真ライブラリへのアクセスを許可いただいた場合に、利用者が撮影・選択した写真・動画を取得します。これらは端末内での編集処理にのみ利用し、当社のサーバーへ送信・保存することはありません（第4項のAI機能を利用する場合を除きます）。

(2) 顔・文字の認識情報
一部のアプリでは、モザイクやぼかしを自動で適用するために、写真・動画内の顔や文字を端末内で認識します。認識した情報は編集処理にのみ利用し、保存・外部送信・第三者への提供は行いません。

(3) 端末情報・広告識別子・利用状況
広告配信及び利用状況の分析のため、第5項に記載の情報収集モジュール（SDK）により、広告識別子、IPアドレス、端末情報、アプリの利用状況等が自動的に取得・送信されます。

(4) 購入情報
有料サービスの決済はApple又はGoogleが行います。当社がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得することはありません。当社は、購入状態の確認に必要な情報のみを取り扱います。

3. 利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
・本アプリの機能（写真・動画の編集等）の提供
・広告の配信及び効果測定
・利用状況の分析、本アプリの改善及び新機能の開発
・不具合や不正利用への対応
・お問い合わせへの対応

4. AI機能における外国への写真の送信

一部のアプリのAI機能（アニメ風フィルター等）では、画像を生成・加工するために、利用者が選択した写真を米国のOpenAI OpCo, LLCのサーバーへ送信します。送信は、利用者が機能の利用前に表示される確認画面で同意した場合にのみ行います。

米国には、日本の個人情報保護法と同等の包括的な個人情報保護法令はありませんが、州法等による規律があります。米国の個人情報保護制度については、個人情報保護委員会が公表している外国の制度に関する情報をご確認ください。OpenAI OpCo, LLCにおける取扱いは、同社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

5. 情報収集モジュール（外部送信）について

本アプリには、以下の第三者が提供する情報収集モジュールが組み込まれており、記載の情報が各事業者へ送信されます。各事業者における情報の取扱いは、各社のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。なお、すべてのモジュールがすべてのアプリに組み込まれているわけではありません。

6. 外国にある第三者への提供

第4項及び第5項の事業者は、米国又はシンガポールに所在しています。これらの国の個人情報保護制度については、個人情報保護委員会の公表情報をご確認ください。各事業者は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づき情報を適切に取り扱います。

7. 利用者による設定（オプトアウト）

・iPhone・iPad：「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「トラッキング」から、アプリによるトラッキングの許可を変更できます。
・Android：「設定」＞「Google」＞「広告」から、広告IDの削除又はリセットができます。
・カメラ・写真へのアクセス許可は、端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。
・本アプリを削除することで、本アプリによる情報の取得を停止できます。
・各事業者が提供するオプトアウト手段については、第5項の各社のポリシーをご確認ください。

8. 第三者提供

当社は、第4項及び第5項に定める場合並びに法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

9. 安全管理

当社は、取り扱う情報の漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止のため、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。

本ポリシー及び利用者情報の取扱いに関するお問い合わせ、開示等のご請求は、contact@gigabubble.co.jp までご連絡ください。

11. 改定

当社は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページへの掲載に加え、アプリのアップデート情報等の当社が適切と判断する方法でお知らせします。また、法令上ご本人の同意が必要となる変更については、事前に同意を取得します。

2. Information We Collect and How

(1) Photos and videos
When you allow access to the camera or photo library, the Apps access the photos and videos you take or select. They are processed only on your device for editing and are never sent to or stored on our servers (except when you use the AI features described in Section 4).

(2) Face and text recognition
Some Apps detect faces and text in photos and videos on your device to apply mosaic or blur automatically. This information is used only for editing and is never stored, transmitted or shared.

(3) Device information, advertising identifiers and usage data
For advertising and analytics, the third-party SDKs listed in Section 5 automatically collect and transmit information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information and app usage.

(4) Purchase information
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your credit card or other payment details; we handle only the information needed to confirm your purchase status.

3. Purpose of Use

We use the information to:
• provide the features of the Apps, such as photo and video editing;
• deliver and measure advertising;
• analyse usage, improve the Apps and develop new features;
• respond to bugs and misuse; and
• respond to inquiries.

4. Transfer of Photos Abroad for AI Features

Some Apps’ AI features (such as the anime-style filter) send the photo you select to servers of OpenAI OpCo, LLC in the United States to generate or process the image. Photos are sent only if you agree on the confirmation screen shown before you use the feature.

The United States has no comprehensive privacy law equivalent to Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, although state laws and other regulations apply. For details, see the information on foreign systems published by Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission. OpenAI handles the data under its own privacy policy.

5. Third-Party SDKs

The Apps include SDKs provided by the following third parties, and the information listed is sent to each provider. Please refer to each provider’s privacy policy for how they handle it. Not every SDK is included in every App.

6. Providing Information to Third Parties Abroad

The providers in Sections 4 and 5 are located in the United States or Singapore. For information on the privacy systems of these countries, see the Personal Information Protection Commission’s published information. Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy.

7. Your Choices (Opt-Out)

• iPhone / iPad: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking lets you change whether apps may track you.
• Android: Settings > Google > Ads lets you delete or reset your Advertising ID.
• You can change camera and photo access at any time in your device settings.
• Uninstalling an App stops all collection by that App.
• For opt-out options offered by each provider, see their policies in Section 5.

8. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except as described in Sections 4 and 5 or where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent.

9. Security

We take appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of the information we handle.

11. Changes

We may revise this Policy as necessary. The revised Policy takes effect when posted on this page. For significant changes, we will also notify you by other means we consider appropriate, such as app update notes. Where the law requires your consent for a change, we will obtain it in advance.
